Appreciated.You are right on’Feel being neutral and non partisan is not exactly a blessing’.

It’s not always a blessing because at times we have to support some political parties to experience genuine change but as in our case now the political situation is very dirty on both sides and that’s when one is probably right to feel that being neutral and non partisan is a blessing.
