Harare(ZimEye) Harare-Revellers are expecting an early christmas present when some local promoters revealed that they will bring Jamaican reggae group, Morgan Heritage (pictured) to perform in Harare on December 5 at the Glamis Arena. The group is coming for an one-off show. It is alleged that Ras Jabu travelled to the United States last week to seal the deal.

Also on the cards is another Jamaican reggae legend Maxi Priest who will be coming in December for another one-off show at Borrowdale Race Course in Harare. The Harare Rastafarian community is up for a double packed entertainment this festive season ‘indeed’.

The young blood had not been left out this festive season when a United Kingdom based promoter sealed a deal with RnB/Soul artists Tevin Campbell and Horace Brown. The duo will also be coming to Harare for an one-off show on December 11 at the Harare International Conference.

However, many revellers had expressed mixed feelings over the developments since some bogus promoters had previously lied to the public early this year that they would bring Hip-Hop star and Ragga artist Beenie Man to Zimbabwe.Revellers had urged promoters to fullfill they promises. If all goes well it will be a festive season for Harare revellers to remember since previous seasons were dominated by the mediocre local artists.
