London(ZimEye-’Weird News Section’)Is it made of bronze? No. it is made of ‘synthetic‘ gold, or more appropriately said, it is nothing short of a rich man’s shoe.

At the toe-end, it looks like a scorpion, but yet carries on with a shiny slate of ‘pure’ gold. With a government of national unity awaiting in Zimbabwe, it might find itself being labelled the GNU shoe. Since oriental times, the golden colour has been usually associated with durability and strength.

Many will wonder where such a shoe can be bought, but only one request for it to will gratify one’s fiery quest to buy this exclusive shoe of all time.

This is the type of shoe Zimbabweans in the Diaspora are now wearing as they shove off the stresses of deaths, hunger and suffering of relatives back home. One Zimbo from Nottingham was seen wearing it as he jived and danced at an African Women’s Empowerment Forum function in Bradford in January.
