Adam Ndlovu last journey on earth | PHOTOS

Published: December 22, 2012

Bulawayo came to a standstill Saturday afternoon as Zimbabweans from all walks of life flooded the streets to bid farewell to soccer legend Adam Ndlovu.

Adam Ndlovu died in a horrific car accident last week Saturday when his brother Peter’s BMW X5 overturned after a tyre burst in Victoria Falls in a mishap which however left Peter recovering sustaining injuries. He died together with a female friend Nomqhele Tshili. Photos by Ezra Tshisa Sibanda

Was there to pay my last respects to this great man of zimbabwe. He has united all people I must say I have been humbled and touch by such actions. Zimbabweans we need to move beyond the political differences but tolerate one another. Adam you are truely a heroe God Bless.

    A life well lived,
    A man well loved,
    A talent well appreciated,
    A Father well respected,

    Larger than life,
    Yet humble in life,
    A GIANT,
    Straddling countries,
    A GIANT,
    From the Kalahari,
    To beyond the Sahara,
    An international Hero,
    A universal icon,

    You will forever remain,
    In our hearts,
    Our memories,
    Our dreams.

    Rest In Eternal Peace
    Adam ‘Adamski’ Ndlovu (13)
    Awuna ufana liwena…

    • Bonjour!
Here is Switzerland. All the photos of Adam Ndlovu during his stay in Delémont (he was a hero here!) are since today on the site internet of our newspaper, Le Quotidien Jurassien: *****//
We made also a page on his fantastic career in Delémont. We had a lot of émotions with him. A great man, the best forward we have ever seen in Stadium de la Blancherie.
Wtih our sympathy to the family of Adam, our friend and our brother. Christian Moser, journaliste sportif
    PS: pardonnez-moi mon anglais.
