London(ZimEye)The widow of a former Air Zimbabwe engineer Mr. Simon Makombe has sent her heartfelt gratitude to fellow ZimEye readers who chipped in to assist financially for the burial of her husband.
Mr Makombe colapsed on a road in Grays and was taken to Basildon Hospital, where he died shortly, leaving his struggling wife with the common burden in July.
It was only after ZimEye readers coordinated and donated money that Mr Makombe was finally flown out the UK to Zimbabwe and safely buried.
“Nditotenda zvikurusa nebasa guru ramakaita. Vamakombe vakandovigwa kuZimbabwe zvakanaka nokuda kwenyu. Ndinotenda zvikurusa – I thank you very much for the great work you did, Mr Makombe was safely flown to Zimbabwe and buried with no problems at all,” she told ZimEye.
Special thanks is also conveyed to Manchester based internet protege Barbara Nyagomo for her efforts to campaign for the funds.

Its a virus. Listen my fellow zimbabweans this guy was an MDC sellout perioding I do not care whether he was buried by talking baboons or urinating ones. Zimeye has been sympathetic towards their cause and this can seen by their bias reporting.
