The ZimRights director Okay Machisa, who was yesterday granted bail, appeared in court again today (Wednesday) morning for the main hearing for which he is being charged for allegedly producing fake voter registration certificates.
Machisa appeared before Magistrate Mahwe at Rotten Row Court Wednesday as per a 16th January decision when he was denied bail before the same court. In the 16th Jan hearing the magistrate court remanded him in custody to today the 30th January.
He was subsequently denied bail with state claiming that he was a flight risk.
However with the bail being passed yesterday, Machisa was dragged back to court again today for this hearing which has now been postponed to the 20th February.
Machisa is being pursued by the state on allegations of manufacturing fake voter registration certificates and yesterday emerged victorious against the government after High Court judge Justice Felistus Chatukuta ruled in his favour granting him bail. More to follow…

The idea was to process fake votes for ZANUpf by dead persons or persons born in 1890 and then broadcast it to the puppet handlers who will then discredit a resounding PF landslide victory through stu.pid SADC. Ban Ki Moon , an American slave at the UN, would then approve more sanctions till regime change( a well known american/british/australian agenda).
This is treason and appropriate laws shld be followed.

He just wanted to use them as samples for voter education. This is harassment by the ZANU Police Force
What did he want to do with the fake voter registration certificates? smuggle them to his western masters to see?lock him inside at Chikurubi and throw the keys.
