At the beginning of procedings the charged were in total 46 but one Rinos Chari (42) was dropped from the list before procedings bringing the final list that appeared in court to 45.

The presiding magistrate Mutevedzi rolled the matter over to Thursday(today).
The activists complained of failing to access their lawyer Mr Aleck Muchadehama who was representing them when they
where detained at the notorious Law and Order section of the Harare Central police.
Muchadehama however applied to the court to have time to take instructions from his clients after the court leant that he had not
been allowed to see his clients when they were in police custody.
ZimEye will keep our valued readers and the rest of the Zimbabwean population informed on the procedings. (ZimEye, Zimbabwe)

  1. Problem yamuinayo imi munozviti vana anonimasi ndeye kunonoka kufunga uye kugarira pfungwa dzacho. As a result, its very difficult to talk sense to you because you were brainwashed by the pig regime. ln your right senses, can surely this Gwisai lead an uprising or he is just on a fund raising mission? Gisai akasiyanei na Tagarira nyanduri?

  2. On this earth we are all mortal.
Thats right Anonymous but problem is you direct you philosophy to the wrong people. Tell the Rhodesians and their western backers that when the sat in Berlin to annex peoples countries they should have remembered that they were also “mortal”.
They thought they were “immortals” who the African man was bound to fear for eternity and surrender their natural heritage to for ever, but see like all mortals they were lying.
They still have one percent of black Zimbabweans who might be frightened of their “immortality” but everyone know they are mortals who have small !@#$& and in old age also s.hit in their sleep.

  3. Vakomana musadaro vanaMorgan Tsvangirayi. Hapana chisingaperi. Smith aiti chii about giving majority rule to black people, as late as the ’70s, iyo hondo yeChimurenga ichitsvitsviridza kutanga semhirizhonga irikuitika kumaArab countries right now? Zvino chiiko chakazoitika after that?
    Tisaganze nehutsinye neudzvanyiririri
povho nekuti kwatichazomuka tave or kwatinozorara tave hatikuzivi – Mwari ndiye oga anoziva. Mweya uyu tinofema takes only 2-3 seconds to stop & we are kaput. On this earth we are all mortal.
Hatizivi zvirimupfungwa mweumwe naumwe weZANU Politburo right now, let alone zvirikufunga Mujuru, Mnangagwa, Shiri, Chihuri, Zimhondi, Chiwenga etc right now as the events in Middle east & N. Africa are unfolding like a Holywood movie.
Let us watch first and wait. Dai tikambonyarara zvedu, tonyatsotarisa. Haisi nguva yekuganza nekubheja ino, not NOW machinda.
Even SADC or AU zvkati zii, & are just watching & just following events.
History repeats itself, mark my words. It might not be now or come exactly as it happended in Tunisia, Egypt or Libya, but the walls of Jericho will be shaken & will never be strong again. History always repeats itself!!!

  4. True its not easy change a government. You remember the fight that happened whwn people wanted to change the wicked Rhodesian government here? Some people who are making noise about changing the present government, including yours truly-me,ran away from the fight because of insufficient bulls, sorry, balls.
Let me give advice to my supporters. This government is already “changed” and can not be changed again.
If you are itching for a fight, pick a fight your own size guys.
You organise something which can be busted by one police sergeant? See what I mean.

  5. Discrepency nechibodzwe or just one number haina basa kani Editor. Don’t waste our time here. Izvi zvinoitika every time, even with CNN, BBC, etc.
Huyai titarise nhamo yapinda vanhu ava vasungwa. Chokwadi KaBob either is beyond salvation or atove zvake murwere neavo vose varikumutsigira. Kuvhurawo maziso achiona zvirikuitika muNorth Africa ne Middle East haachakwanise here? Avekuenda from frying pan to the fire, anofunga kuti ane simba guru kukunda Mubaraki akasiya chigaro & Kadafi ave kukwenya musoro kutsvaga kwekuenda for asylum?
This is not the time to arrest or detain demonstrators or pro-democracy activists who have taken to the streets. Not NOW, kaBob musharukwa. Don’t be so dumb. This is the time to arse-lick povho, BIG time, even though vasisina matoilet paper ane good quality from the super-markets, coz of your own doing kaBob.
It is when people of Zimbabwe no longer fear you, that you & your cronies will really get in serious trouble. Dictators are like bullies, you punch them on an unfamiliar teritory on their bodies, & they will run away fast & never come back. Musi uyo uchashinga maZimbo, vachigumisa kutya kwavo, like Tunisians, Egyptians, Yemen guys, Jordanians, Bahrainians, & now Iraqis have joined in, that is the day Sekuru vangu you will regret the day you were born on this earth. I don’t want to within your vicinity when this occurs, and pray that it does not occur at night & when it is raining, or when there is no adequate fuel (coz Libyan wells are drying up momentarily) or when your Air Zim craft does not have properly greased parts for emergency taking-off.
History always repeats itself. Let us wait & watch.
