Mugabe falls asleep during Investment conference thumbnail

Harare(ZimEye)President Mugabe (85) slept during an investment conference in Harare today (Wednesday)

Immediately after his sleeping session, Mugabe came out announcing on the recently gazetted indigenisation law which has raised a lot of international interest, saying foreign investors who would refuse to accept 49 percent equity will be  fools.

“Forty nine percent is a hell lot of equity, its only foolish ones who will say no, wise ones will accept,” he said.

However, on the same day, Zimbabwe’s minister in charge of indigenisation, Saviour Kasukuwere was reportedly considering placing the controversial law on hold.

Mugabe also said that sanctions targetted against Zimbabwe must go.

to defend this, is the height of mischief! surely the man must take a rest and leave the job to younger people! age has caught up with him and that is for a fact.

Often we find ourselves working under the leadership of people whose integrity we question and whose decisions we disapprove of. Regardless of what we may feel personally, we lose nothing if we focus on what is noble, what is best, what is beautiful and praiseworthy.

One thing I’m so proud about to be Zimbabwean is knowing that Zimbabwe is a God fearing nation and Zimbabweans abide by the word of God.

In Paul’s letter to the Christians at Philippi, he wrote, “Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.” (Phil. 4.8 )

Zimbabwe we too can honor our leaders. We too can refuse to scorn them—even when we may question their integrity. A house divided against itself cannot stand.
Let us unite and work together in the rebuilding of our beloved Zimbabwe!

one thing pple should know they shldn’t brag abt all these things in the world, even bragging abt puttin the whites in their place, bragging abt the evil they do and even encouraging others to do the same.
the world and everything that is in it belongs to God. and all things were created to glorify God. as an individual u shld ask yoself whether wat u a doin glorifies God or the devil.
REMEMBER WE ARE ALL PASSING BY THERE IS AN ETERNITY WAITING FOR US. WHERE WILL YOU SPEND YO ETERNITY IN HEAVEN OR HELL?
