There was shock in the satelite town of Chegutu on Tuesday morning when residents discovered numerous identity cards many belonging to deceased people and some to those who migrated into the diaspora.
“Every second I am getting calls of people discovering abandoned IDs that were used to rig this election in Chegutu 85% of the IDs in this picture are dead people and a good number in the diaspora. What a Shame to Zuma for endorsing this Fraud,” said MDC-T election candidate for the area, Charlton Hwende.
It was not immediately clear at the time of writing how the names on the ID cards have been linked to the people who actually voted in the election.

A landslide victory more than at independence? Lack of transparency at ballots and you are told to speedily vacate the ballot area. History has it that when freedom is lost, only through much bloodshed can you regain it and it has taken a lot of contention and bloodshed to remove an oppressive leader. All these so-called discoveries by the MDC are stage managed.Recently they discovered ballot papers used during the special vote in a bin.Soon they will discover that hey will never rule Zimbabwe.They should discover how to defeat Zanu Pf.

I think the way forward is to level the playing field and have new elections.The MDC will have their beloved reforms.Zanu Pf must have all sanctions removed and we have a New Start. You can gauge from the tone of the MDC and its supporters how they feel about sanctions.They support the imposition of santions till they get into power.Zanu Pf makes people cry and blame sanctions brought about by the MDC.Why does Zanu Pf refuse to implement all the agreed reforms and why does the MDC not call for the removal of sanctions ? Both parties want to rule at all costs. In Africa we do not interfer in a neighbour’s domestic affairs.

If I.D’s of dead people were used then what about the I.D’s of those who are alive? What happened to those who are alive? are you saying they voted twice?
