HARARE: Prime Minister Tsvangirai’s new political advisor, Alex Magaisa’s personal driver died in a tragic car accident last week during the course of business.
Mr. Edmore Munyoro (36), adored and respected by many, lost his life in a car accident as he ran an errand by himself last week in Bhora.
At the time of writing, details were sketchy as Dr Alex Magaisa got busy with his schedule and funeral arrangements just after he announced the sad news on Wednesday.
It was also not clear exactly where the accident occurred, at the time of writing.

RIP- Edmore Munyoro

The vehicle designated to Mr Magaisa had just been released from mechanical service where engine check-ups and fitness were performed. A surprise wheel problem developed after that service triggering the accident that killed Eddie Magaisa, current reports state.
Moments later, in a gripping encomium on his Facebook wall reflecting what could have been a mark of farewell moments with a close family member, Dr. Magaisa wrote, “As we drove to Bulawayo last week, Tuesday, Bla Eddie and I were reminiscing…talking about the good old days; little did we both know that we were reminding ourselves of the beautiful memories for the last time together. We spoke about one old song [by James Chimombe] we used to love, lyrics so apt with the benefit of hindsight: Vaitiona tiri tose vachandibvunza; ko mumwe aripiko? (Those who used to see us share lighter moments as a duet will question my loneliness in your absence). We laid him to rest yesterday. Blah Eddie … kundisiya ndiri ndega …(how could you leave me alone),” said Magaisa.
Eddie who was laid to rest on Wednesday, the very day he was supposed to turn 36 (May 1) has been described by Magaisa as, “a fine gentleman; a loyal man who stood by me through and through from the time we herded cattle together. He can never be replaced. He was not just my personal driver. He was everything.”

  1. Edmore Munyoro my class mate sure here. Those who who want to give u other surnames let me refer them to Warikandwa Secondary School form 4 A of 1994.RIP home boy.

  2. Vaudze Bla Miki nepotisim yavo inoshura mare. But this tym MDC Tea will be history. Welshman toumupawo 4 seats dzake we cant forget Byo and Ndex chicks

  3. I thank ZPF for finally recognising that all those years spent in trenches and soaking rains were meant to give us political and economic independence throught equitable distribution of the resources and the paramount one being land. Lets put it into productive use and shame our western backed ditractors.

  4. They think democracy is when there is more that 1 relative in position of authority. The statistics are shocking and one needs to be a practical joker to vote MDC-T (Pvt)Ltd. It is clear poor souls like the Greydonkey are mere supporters who will never be allowed anywhere near the achelons of power. They are slogan chanters and crumb pickers from under the table. Let me go to my farm because I see these MDC-T praise singers will soon come to complain that I do not employ enough people in my farm like Rodgers used to do. I have to prepare a large herd for them to look after.

  5. Jumpdaki, the statistics l’ve given to you are true and correct and only applies from executive to managerial levels. At junior levels, all those on an MDC T payroll are relatives or close friends of MDC T top brass.

  6. Well explained Bla Miki and all those people are backed by Greydogs. You have proved beyond any shadow of doubt that MDC-T=tribalism. 6 Makones you said, ha cry the beloved country.

  7. Bebbie or Bêçhê, make sure that you are strong enough to handle the heat that comes with insulting Bla Miki. Firstly, l want to assure you that never in a million years shall l bong you. Handikude, tuma gâro turi muhapwa. Back to the story, its very unfortunate that in your life you have never been closer to a high ranking politician. I will explain to you. Alex Magaisa’s perks includes, 2 official vehicles, a maid, caretaker, security gaurd(chimuyouth), a secretary and a personal driver all fully paid by the MDC T. In addition, he gets a housing allowance, grocery and payment of all his utility bills and subscriptions including his and his wife’s mobile phone bills to econet. And then his hefty salary all from MDC T. Oh, and unlimited international travels as an aide to the PM which also comes with hefty allowances. How many Makones do hold senior positions in MDC T? 6 Makones, 3 Bitis, several Moyos, 5 Timbas, 4 Madzores, 3 Mudzuris (city council), several Tsvangirais and many more except 1 Chamisa who has lots of friends though. Now you see my point iwe Bebbibveni? Nepotism, Corruption and Thigh trade is what rules in MDC T camp.

  8. Confirmed again Greykaka is a farting donkey. His smelly fart is always following him like Greykaka kikikiki, also soiling itself I guess. The clueless idiot had to post twice in row just to prove what a mess he it is kikiki.

  9. Iwe Hovedog, that surname is fake, his real name is as written by the Editor, Eddie Magaisa and is undeniably related to Alex. Makuda kukavha zviri pachena izvi. @ Kaishe Mbari, Eddie was a personal driver ASSIGNED by the MDC T to him (Alex) and thats why he was driving a car allocated by MDC T to Alex. Eddie’s salary came from MDC T coffers, not Alex’s.

  10. Bla Miki, you are vomiting nonsense ince again. It is common knowledge Magaisa is NOT a government employee and it is common knowledge he has his powerful profession where he carries out consultency internationally which no doubt pays for his expenses. What’s wrong with him personally hiring his relative? Itawo mari yak mhani uri benzi chairo iwe!

  11. Mr Editor the I don’t know where you got these facts from, they are not accurate e.g its Ednore Munyoro not Edmore Magaisa

  12. Bla Miki marashika if you read carefully its written his personal driver- why are now talking about nepotism and MDC T. Do you work for the Herald news paper?

  13. Here we go again, Eddie Magaisa driving for Alex Magaisa! Total nepotism, corruption! Who still denies that MDC T is being run as a family business? Through the noise this sellout party makes daily, one would think they would be exemplary but alas, the sellout party is rotten to the core. There are other unemploxed and loyal MDC T youths who could easily have been employed as responsible drivers in place of Eddie. Now, because Eddie is a relative to the boss, he saw it fit to drive (obviously at a high speed) to (BALL) Juru to do his OWN business DURING WORKING HOURS? What a crook, all because the right man for the job concept was not applied. What an embarrassment ana Gaygodzva muchifa nekukwatura snow pamisana yembwa every 10 mins kuEngland ikoko.

  14. By the way, Jumpsihlama during Shakespeare’s days, there were no tractors! So that is hardly Shakespearean language, otherwise I would have used horse chariots, scepters, cauldrons and other such language! If you want to sound a bit intelligent, then try to use appropriate analogies. Stupid!

  15. There goes Jumpdonki again behaving like my smelly fart that just follows me around. This baboon gets an erection and masturbates over my comments, to the point that he has to copy and paste excerpts! Bravo Jumpkaka, your life seems to have found meaning after all, continue behaving like my smelly fart, (in case you don’t know, it is an unwanted gaseous substance that I eject through my behind) I need cheerleaders like you to prop me up! Again you, the smelly fart quote me out of context: i.e. a car just out of rigorous service cannot develop “wheel problems” unless it was deliberate or there was gross negligence. Is that clear to you now Jumpkaka? You amaze me at how many times one has to repeat themselves for you to just begin to comprehend, you must be a specimen for special study on slowness, dullness and dunderheadness all put together!!!

  16. Hahahaha when idiots try to sound like William Shakespear they even become more of village idiots, “otherwise the truth was going to come out like a tractor driver.” A tractor driver is in the open already and so how does he come out, typical wise words from an idiot.
“A car just through rigorous service cannot all of a sudden develop “wheel problems”. What pathetic thinking from a refugee who has never owned a brand new car! You think a car is like human being who has to feel like vomiting before finaly vomiting?
Greyhure forumists have given you countless names for lack a name that defines you well and they are still searching for the best name for an idiot like you.
Next time mourn with others and stop monking.
Hon Kurirakwedonkey who told you that Magaisa has not repented? You are a shameful son of b*tch.
May his soul rest in peace till we meet again.

  17. We suspect foul play. A car just through rigorous service cannot all of a sudden develop “wheel problems”. Either it was deliberate or someone was grossly negligent. It’s a pity the only forensic experts we have in this country are half-baked Cuban rejects, otherwise the truth was going to come out like a tractor driver.

  18. Very sorry. As fo u Magaisa wat u can do is repent of yo sins so as to be able to meet yo creator bcoz anytime pple can die. What shld be of concern to you is dat was Bla Eddie prepared to meet God?
