1500H MDC-T’s Tendai Biti highlights Disturbing Voting Issues-Cases of assisted voters are alarming despite high literacy rate in Zimbabwe, many have been told to plead illiteracy in order to be assisted to vote.

1350H – ZEC Press Conference currently underway at the National Command Centre at Rainbow Towers, Harare. ZEC Chairperson Makarau says the Commission is investigating reports of a high number of assisted voters especially in rural areas
11:25H Voting is slowly picking in Chipinge South with only Checheche Secondary School polling station starting at 7am. This is due to the fact that the parliamentary ballots had to be returned to Harare for reprinting as there was an error in the pictures of candidates,Meki Makuyana (MDC-T) and Wilson Tarugarira Khumbula (ZANU Ndonga) whose parties were mixed up. Ballots arrived at 0630HRS this morning.

  4. People have been voting today and we never heard of what BITI is saying. Can someone confirm that they couldn’t vote because of ward confusion. Also how did he know about vote assisting before people came to vote because he did this video before today. Nonsense BITI.

  5. This is a non story or BITI is stupid. If they need assistance with voting then the voting master of the polling station should assist NOT zanu pf. Too much crying from MDC-T. Vote MDC-N if you want possitive leadership.
